At Lightened & Lifted, your appointment and patronage is of the utmost importance to us. Please review these policies prior to your appointment. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to these policies.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 24 hours or less will be subject to a 50% charge of the original service to the card on file. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original service to the card on file. Please reach out to Jessica if you need to cancel your appointment.

 

Late Policy - Please arrive to your appointments on time. We know that life happens so being a few minutes late can occur from time to time but your appointments are important to us and we want to have all the time to deliver the service that you are scheduled for. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be subject to having to reschedule your appointment or a $15 fee and receive a smaller appointment . Please reach out to Jessica if you think you will be late. If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in the waiting area.

Guest Policy -  No guests or children are allowed to accompany you at your appointment unless you touch base with Jessica first.

Refund Policy - We do not do refunds at Lightened & Lifted. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to Jessica within the first 5 days of your appointment and we will do everything we can to amend the issue.

Pricing Policy - All prices are subject to change based off the amount of product used, the time of the appointment and any add ons to your service. All prices are "starting at" prices

Hate Speech Policy - Absolutely no hate speech will be tolerated in our chair. This includes any bigoted, homophobic, transphobic, and racist speech. Doing so may be subject to termination as Jessica's client.

Color Policy - Results of color services are indicative of correct color history of previous color received. If all color history is not disclosed, this could result in uneven color, breakage, and other variables. Pictures are always inspiration. We are not a copy and paste machine. We will do our best to achieve realistic goals but results are dependent on color history and starting canvas.
